Launching ThynkCrew: A Cohort-Based GTM Engineer Course (Crew 01)

ThynkCrew is a cohort-based GTM engineer course from ThynkGrowth, and Crew 01 starts on 14 November 2026. Over eight weeks and twelve live sessions, twenty people build a working, signal-led outbound system inside their own workspace and keep it. Every session runs 20 minutes of concept, 70 minutes of building alongside the coach, and 30 minutes of review. No coding is required and zero experience is assumed. You finish with authenticated sending infrastructure, a written ICP, verified contact data, live buying signals, a CRM sync, a launched campaign, and certification earned on assessment. Applications for Crew 01 are open now at thynkcrew.com.
I am Faraz Ahmed, founder of ThynkGrowth and a Clay Solutions Partner holding all four Clay certifications. I built and ran the outbound engine as the sole Clay operator at an enterprise SaaS company, where a signal-led ABM motion produced 6.12 million dollars of new pipeline in a single quarter, and I moved 70 BDRs onto a rebuilt stack. Since founding ThynkGrowth I have coached more than twenty GTM engineers one to one. ThynkCrew is that exact build, run as a cohort so twenty people can go through it together.
Why we built ThynkCrew
GTM engineering is one of the few roles in sales where demand clearly outruns supply, which is why I wrote a full guide on how to become a GTM engineer. The problem is that most training is passive: you watch someone else build, then sit in front of a blank Clay table on your own. ThynkCrew flips that. You build the system live, in your own workspace, with a coach watching your screen and a Crew of twenty around you.
Here is the honest part. A course is not a shortcut to a job or a pipeline. Your results depend on your market, your offer, and the hours you put in between sessions. What a cohort gives you is feedback, accountability, and a finished system you can point to, which is worth far more than another certificate on a shelf. If you want the fundamentals first, start with what GTM engineering actually is.
What you build in eight weeks
ThynkCrew follows the same arc a real system gets built in. Session 01 starts where every outbound motion starts, by buying a domain and standing up authenticated sending infrastructure. From there you define an ICP, source verified contact data, wire up live signals, write signal-tied copy for email and LinkedIn, and connect it all to a CRM. Week 7 includes a guided command line session, Session 08 connects a sandbox CRM, and the program ends with a recorded capstone you defend in front of the Crew.
You build on the tools we actually run. Every seat gets full access for the eight weeks to Clay for data and workflows, Smartlead for sending, HeyReach for LinkedIn (use code FARA20 for 20% off), Inboxkit for mailbox infrastructure, and Prospeo for job-change signals and verified emails. You bring your own Claude subscription, since AI is the layer that ties the system together. These partnerships are with the companies, not with individuals, so the access is the same for everyone in the Crew.
Who Crew 01 is for
ThynkCrew assumes no title and no background. It is built for five starting points: salespeople (SDRs, BDRs and AEs) who want to build the system instead of only working the list; ops people in RevOps, marketing ops or growth; founders and first GTM hires who need pipeline without hiring a team; agency owners and freelancers who want a repeatable build to sell; and people starting out, including graduates and career switchers with no title yet.
Whichever door you come in, you leave through one of four. You can start your own agency with a build you sell as a service, get hired as a GTM engineer with a working system and certification, build pipeline where you already work on your employer's real ICP, or build pipeline for your own startup from the live campaign you launch in the program.
Format, dates and seats
Crew 01 starts on 14 November 2026 and runs for eight weeks across twelve live sessions, at roughly two to four hours of live coaching per week. Sessions run two hours at most, and some weeks carry two. Everything is recorded with written notes, and there is a channel for questions between sessions, but completion requires attending 10 of the 12 live sessions. Seats are capped at twenty so the building time stays hands-on. You can see the full curriculum, what the fee covers, the guest lineup of tool founders and operators, and apply, at thynkcrew.com.
One thing worth being clear about: ThynkCrew is a coaching program, separate from the done-for-you outbound service ThynkGrowth runs for clients. In the Crew you build the system yourself and keep it. If you would rather we run the engine for you, that is our GTM coaching and done-for-you side instead.
I have spent years building signal-led outbound systems, first inside an enterprise GTM team and now as an outbound GTM partner. ThynkCrew is the first time I am running that build as a cohort, and Crew 01 is capped at twenty seats. If you want to leave with a live outbound engine and the skill to rebuild it for any market, apply now.
What is ThynkCrew?
ThynkCrew is a cohort-based GTM engineer course from ThynkGrowth. It is coaching run as a cohort, not a library of recorded videos.
When does ThynkCrew Crew 01 start?
Crew 01 starts on 14 November 2026 and runs for eight weeks. There are twelve live sessions at roughly two to four hours per week, and completion requires attending 10 of the 12. Applications are open now at thynkcrew.com.
Do I need experience or coding to join ThynkCrew?
No. ThynkCrew assumes zero experience and requires no coding; the system is built with no-code tools and AI. It is designed for salespeople, ops, founders, agency owners, and people starting out with no title yet.
What tools will I learn, and are they included?
You build on Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Inboxkit, and Prospeo, and every seat gets full access to them for the eight weeks. You bring your own Claude subscription for the AI layer. The partnerships are with the companies, so the access is the same for everyone in the Crew.
How is ThynkCrew different from ThynkGrowth's done-for-you service?
ThynkCrew is a coaching program where you build and keep the system yourself. ThynkGrowth's managed service is where our team runs the outbound engine for you. They are separate: the Crew is for operators who want to own the build.
